All of the Lory Student Center's services will be fully operational to kick off the Fall 2022 semester. The latest phase of the revitalization project is expected to be complete by Summer 2023.
CSU has named Jay Callaghan, a CSU Police Department captain, as its next chief of police. Callaghan replaces Interim Chief Frank Johnson, who did not apply for the chief’s job and will return to his position as a captain with CSUPD.

CSU will be participating in an emergency simulation training from 12:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, that will simulate a real emergency in University Housing.
As CSU prepares to welcome students during Move-In Week, Housing & Dining Services is seeking additional help from the University community to get them settled in before they begin classes.
Simon Tavener has been named the interim dean of the College of Natural Sciences. He previously served as the college's executive associate dean for academics.
