Three CSU undergraduates are finalists for the prestigious Harry S. Truman Scholarship, a highly competitive graduate fellowship program for students pursuing careers in government and public service.
"It is with deep sorrow that I share with you all today that Mary Ontiveros, the founding Vice President for Diversity at Colorado State University, died this past weekend surrounded by her family," said President Joyce McConnell in a message to the CSU community.

Each year, students, faculty, and alumni nominate teachers who’ve inspired them and made an impact in their lives for the Best Teacher Awards. The 2022 recipients of the Best Teacher Awards, representing six colleges, will be celebrated March 30 at the Best Teacher Awards banquet.
