The council, created last fall by then-President Tony Frank and launched in January, was formed to guide efforts to promote equity, inclusion, and cultural change at CSU.

CSU President Tony Frank has formed the Council on Culture to help evolve the University's culture to support and include all faculty, staff and students.
The President's Council on Culture provides leadership, oversight, awareness, and accountability to efforts to evolve the University’s culture so that it is more equitable, inclusive, and representative of the world and populations CSU serves.
