Colorado State University has announced the eligibility criteria and application process for CSU employees interested in renting a unit at the new Rendezvous Trail apartment complex being completed near Timberline Church in Fort Collins.
Through a partnership with Tetrad, Employee Housing Programs in Human Resources has been finalizing the eligibility criteria, pre-screening process and construction of the Rendezvous Trail apartments that will provide 57 apartments to eligible CSU employees to rent at discounted rates starting in January of 2024.
The eligibility criteria and application process were announced this week. The buildings will be completed and units available in phases, according to a chart from Tetrad. Employees can access the eligibility criteria to determine if they qualify on the employee housing programs web page, where they will also find the pre-screen form and projected rent amounts. There are also renderings of the floorplans and alternative transportation options to and from Rendezvous Trail and campus.

The next step is for employees to determine if they are eligible and submit their pre-screening application as soon as possible.
Finding the next place to call home means taking many things into consideration. Those factors include cost, transportation, layout and eligibility. With limited availability, employees are encouraged to review the items above, and then eligible employees should submit the pre-screening form.
