CSU employees: Sign up to be considered for new Rendezvous Trail attainable housing

Rendezvous Trail apartments under construction

Construction on the Rendezvous Trail apartment complex as it looked in June.

Colorado State University employees who want to be considered for the new attainable housing units being constructed near Timberline Church in Fort Collins can now sign up to be on an “interest list.”

CSU, through a partnership with Tetrad, broke ground on the new Rendezvous Trail apartment complex last September. It will provide 57 apartments to CSU employees to rent at discounted rates starting at the beginning of 2024.

Employee Housing Programs in Human Resources is compiling a list of interested employees who may qualify for housing within the complex so that they can update those faculty and staff on the application process and final criteria to qualify later this year. Those who would like to be added to the interest list for Rendezvous Trail Apartments can complete the interest list webform.

The project is part of CSU’s commitment to finding innovative ways to help employees find attainable housing in Northern Colorado’s highly competitive housing market. To learn more about the efforts to help employees in today’s housing market, check out the Employee Housing Programs website.
