The State Classified performance management cycle concluded on March 31, 2016. Supervisors must ensure that their department finalizes all State Classified performance evaluations for this cycle and performance plans for the upcoming cycle no later than April 29.
All rating data must be entered into Oracle and all Overall Evaluation forms must be received in Central HR by the deadline of April 29. We appreciate your diligent adherence to this deadline as timely submission of performance data is critical for planning purposes and State of Colorado reporting deadlines.
If there is an extenuating circumstance preventing a supervisor from conducting an evaluation in April, please contact your HR Solutions Partner (Steve Thompson or Erik Hokanson) to discuss handling of specific situations. As a reminder, State Classified employees who began employment after Jan. 1, 2016, do not receive a formal evaluation; however, it is expected that they will receive an informal evaluation.
