Free lunch with the Classified Personnel Council set for Feb. 28, March 7

The Classified Personnel Council, which represents all state classifed staff at CSU, is hosting two free lunches for employees in the upcoming weeks.

State classified employees can enjoy a free lunch on Feb. 28 or March 7, while they learn more about the CPC and how they can get involved. The CPC is looking to increase membership and get more state classified voices represented in CSU’s shared governance. The Feb. 28 luncheon will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the Foundry Dining Center, while the meal on March 7 will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the Ram’s Horn Dining Center.

Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by emailing cpc_vicechair@colostate.edu at least one week in advance.

About the CPC

The council represents CSU state classified employees on issues such as raises, parking, work-life balance, supervisor training, employee recognition, etc. Members have the opportunity to contribute to many university committees across campus. Learn about what it means to become involved as a CPC representative on the council website, and more information can be found on SOURCE.

Monthly meetings are open to all, and the next one will be held from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 15 in the Lory Student Center, Room 312.
