The annual Global Leadership Experience at the CSU Todos Santos Center in Baja California Sur, Mexico, offers a platform for CSU and Mexican university students to exchange knowledge and broaden cultural understanding around global issues.
Olaf Morales, languages coordinator at the CSU Todos Santos Center in Baja California Sur, Mexico, designed and successfully delivered the Center's first Spanish & Culture Immersion course for people interested in learning Spanish and experiencing Mexican culture first-hand. The six-day course brought 21 participants from Colorado to Mexico to expand their Spanish language skills and cultural understanding.
The award, sponsored by the Provost's Office, recognizes individuals, teams or units who have done something extraordinary to support student success at CSU.

CSU’s First Generation University Initiative hosted an event on the Lory Student Center Plaza with cookies, swag, a podcast and fun photo opportunities to recognize first-gen students.
The celebration will take place 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the Lory Student Center, Long’s Peak Room.
