Three ways to celebrate multi-modal transportation during TDM week

Sept. 18 marks the start of national “TDM week,” a time to celebrate the benefits of sustainable, accessible and coordinated transportation options.

What is TDM?

Transportation Demand Management (TDM) is a set of strategies aimed at maximizing traveler choices. At CSU, Transportation Demand Management is used to ensure safe, equitable access to campus for all modes of travel. CSU recently released a draft of its own TDM Master Plan, which outlines strategies by mode of travel for the next 10 years. Feedback from the recent public comment period is being synthesized and added to the plan now, with a final version to be posted soon. Read more about the plan at pts.colostate.edu/tdm-plan.
