CSU’s second annual Produce Safety Symposium, “What Does the Future Hold for Produce Safety – the Innovation Frontier,” will be held on campus Friday, Nov. 30, in the Lory Student Center, Room 382.
The symposium will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This year’s symposium will examine innovations in produce safety research, featuring specialists from around the U.S. In addition to meeting CSU’s 2018-19 Produce Safety Fellows, participants will learn about the latest in field-based diagnostics and risk management strategies for fruit and vegetable production as well as handling and packing.
There is no charge for attendance, and lunch is included, but registration is required. To register, email Catherine Davis by noon on Nov. 29 at ccd00559@colostate.edu.
