Ram Welcome, Colorado State University’s annual kickoff to the school year for new students, is scheduled for Aug. 22-25.

The annual event offers new students the chance to learn more about academic programs, meet faculty and staff, discover more about the many services available to support their college experience. It also helps them become part of the campus community, connect with new and current students, learn traditions, and discover what it means to be a CSU Ram.

Ram Welcome is a collaboration between the Division of Student Affairs and the Provost’s Office that not only builds upon the initial Ram Orientation experience but also involves faculty and staff all across campus. Orientation and Transition Programs, which is responsible for Ram Orientation, works with the entire campus community to coordinate and organize all the events.
