Laurel Village Pavilion is first LEED Platinum building on campus

Colorado State University’s three Laurel Village buildings were recently awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. The Laurel Village Pavilion received LEED Platinum certifcation, the first of its kind at the university, while the two residence halls, Alpine and Piñon, received LEED Gold certification.

”Our project team worked for three years to plan, design, and build Laurel Village as a signature living learning community for our campus,” said Jim Dolak, executive director of Housing & Dining Services. “Laurel Village enhances the student experience and showcases what is possible with sustainable design and engagement.”
