‘Extra Credit’ concert with DJ Steve Aoki postponed at request of promoter

CSU is disappointed to announce that an April 20 concert featuring DJ Steve Aoki has been postponed at the request of the promoter.

The show, which was to have been held at Moby Arena, was part of the “Extra Credit 2024” tour presented by Disco Presents.

“Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Extra Credit Tour at Moby Arena, Colorado State University, scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2024, is postponed,” Disco Presents said in a statement. “We apologize for any inconvenience. A new fall date will be announced soon. Thank you for your understanding.”

Ticketholders will have their tickets automatically transferred to the new date, or they can receive a full refund by emailing contact@discopresents.com.

Fortunately, a variety of great opportunities to see live music at CSU are coming up. The Grammy-nominated country band Midland will perform at RamFest on April 25 at Moby Arena. The opening act is local band Sugar Britches, and doors open at 6 p.m. Student tickets are $10, and non-student tickets are $26.

In addition, the lineup for the Lagoon Concert Series has been announced. The series, which was named Best Outdoor Concert by NOCO Style Magazine in its 2023 Readers’ Choice Best of NOCO awards, is held on Wednesday evenings from mid-June through July.
