Division of IT announces Winter Break schedules and support changes

With the Winter Break fast approaching, the Division of IT has announced changes in service levels and hours for the CSU community.

General IT support

Beginning Dec. 25 through Dec. 27, and again on Jan. 1, DoIT support staff and services will be available during the Winter Break to assist, as needed, within essential services and critical support areas.

For IT help during this period, contact the IT Help Desk by calling (970) 491-7276 or emailing help@colostate.edu, which will provide access to support staff who are on call for critical matters. Escalation will occur as appropriate to the respective staff, as required. Normal DoIT services will resume on Jan. 2.

RAMTech location change

RAMTech began operating out of a temporary location in the Glover Building on Dec. 18 and will be in that location over Winter Break. The store will be located in Room E100, at the southeast entrance of the building. RAMTech’s hours of operation during Winter Break will be Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., and closed from Dec. 23 through Jan. 1. The store will reopen on Jan. 2. RAMTech will tentatively return to the Lory Student Center on Tuesday, Jan. 16, to resume regular hours of operation once construction in the LSC is completed.
