CSUPD campus drop boxes support Santa Cops

Help brighten the holiday season for a local child in need by dropping off a toy or other gift for Santa Cops at the CSUPD lobby or the University Services Center, with both boxes just inside the main entrances. The program is seeking new, unwrapped toys that cost less than $30. In addition to the two boxes on campus, several donation boxes are located at law enforcement agencies across the county.photo of a pile of toys

Santa Cops of Larimer County is a partnership among local law enforcement agencies, including CSU Police Department. The non-profit service is available to families that apply and qualify for donated gifts, and officers personally deliver these presents to the children of families that apply for the program.

Families must live in Larimer County to be eligible, and children from infants through the age of 16 can receive gifts donated by the larger Larimer County community. In addition to donated gifts, several fundraisers are planned, with proceeds that go toward gifts.
