CSU Ventures, the technology transfer and commercialization office of Colorado State University, is accepting applications for its 2018-19 ambassador program through Aug. 3.

The ambassador program is an opportunity for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers to gain business skills related to the commercialization of research and innovation. The program also provides a crucial connection between CSU Ventures and CSU researchers.

Selected ambassadors will:

• Increase understanding and awareness of CSU Ventures’ role across all departments
• Help CSU Ventures become more proactive in anticipating and identifying innovative research, creative works and potential inventions
• Support CSU startups in gaining traction within specific industries
• Participate in planning and implementation of CSU Demo Day 2019, held in the spring
