CPR, AED, first aid classes: Blended online/in-person classes now available

Red Cross logoColorado State University’s Office of Risk Management and Insurance offers a CPR/AED/First Aid course that helps prepare members of the campus community to respond appropriately in emergency situations.

It now offers the option to complete part of the learning online prior to the in-person skills check. Participants who successfully complete the online learning and in-person skills checks will receive an American Red Cross certification for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for two years.

Class dates for September:
Sept. 20, 1–3:30 p.m.
Sept. 28, 1– 3:30 p.m.

Visit http://www.ehs.colostate.edu/WTrainReg/ClassSignUp.aspx to register for a class. Scroll down to the “Risk Management AED/CPR Program” section and select “Blended.”

Classes are held in the General Services Building in room 340, and the cost is $50.
