Colorado State University celebrated its roots on Sept. 30 at Ag Day, a long-standing tradition and celebration of Colorado agriculture and CSU’s College of Agricultural Sciences. The pregame Nutrien Ag Day BBQ featured the state’s agricultural growers and producers preparing barbecue from local food products to fund scholarships for agricultural sciences students. And after the food, fans were treated to a 41-20 win at the football game.
