Searching for a fresh exercise, new skills or community? Colorado State University’s Student Recreation Center has a group class catered to each student and all ability levels.

Fitness Coordinator Hannah Fody implemented new programs for the spring season and works with fitness instructors. Group class registration, dates and times are available on the CSU recreation app for all students.

Editor’s note

This story was produced in partnership with the Department of Journalism and Media Communication as part of a special class in which students get hands-on experiences developing and producing content with the Division of Marketing and Communications for SOURCE, the news website of CSU.

“It’s really special to find a place that’s not focused on the folks that are returning every week, but more focused on the people that are brand new,” Fody said, adding that she values the intention behind each class and how instructors uphold a welcoming environment.
