The eight colleges of Colorado State University conferred degrees on nearly 1,900 graduates on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 15 and 16. CSU photographers captured all the emotions – joy, relief, pride, and even some tears, as Kate McNealy, sister of Savannah McNealy, accepted Savanah’s posthumous degree in Art/Art History from CSU President Tony Frank. Participants in the College of Liberal Arts commencement ceremonies wore special lilac tassels in memory of Savannah.
Students are now on winter break; classes resume Jan. 16, 2018. All University offices will be closed Dec. 22-27 and Jan. 1, 2018, for the winter holidays.
