Move In 2019: Get student tickets with your Ram Card

Volleyball against Wyoming

Students can get tickets using their Ram Card for CSU Athletics events such as volleyball and football.

You’re going to want to be there when the Colorado State University football and volleyball teams crank up their 2019 seasons. Fortunately for students, it’s as easy as a couple of clicks or a swipe to get into games.

Volleyball action begins Friday, Aug. 30, when CSU hosts University of California, Chicago State and University of Oklahoma in the Ram Volleyball Classic to open the season at Moby Arena. The Rams have qualified for the NCAA Tournament for 24 consecutive years, and this season is one of the most eagerly anticipated in the program’s history.

The Rams return all but one starter from last year’s Mountain West championship team, including player of the year Katie Oleksak, middle blocker Kirstie Hillyer and outside hitter Breana Runnels. All three earned all-region honors last season when the Rams finished 23-8.

Rocky Mountain Showdown

Later that night, the football team heads to Denver to take on the University of Colorado in the annual Rocky Mountain Showdown. The 8 p.m. game is the final installment of the century-old rivalry to be played in Denver.

The first home football game is set for Sept. 7 when the Rams host Western Illinois in a 2 p.m. game at Canvas Stadium.

How to score tickets

Getting into football and volleyball games is easy with your Ram Card.

  • Log on to com/studenttickets
  • Click “Register” if this is your first visit to the site, or sign in you’re already registered
  • Select sport
  • Click on the game(s) you wish to attend
  • Select “Add to Cart”
  • Under “Delivery Method” select “Student ID”
  • Click “Checkout”
  • Click “Place Your Order”

Once you’ve completed those steps, you’ll get an e-mail confirmation. Make sure to bring your Ram Card to the game for entry.

You can get tickets for the Rocky Mountain Showdown using the same process. Game tickets are $20, and you can also purchase tickets for the roundtrip shuttle to the game for $35. There is no additional cost for attending games at Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena.

If you missed out on registering prior to the game you can still get in to games by swiping your Ram Card at the entrance – as long as all student tickets have not been claimed.

While you’re getting your tickets, check into joining Ram Ruckus, CSU’s exclusive student support group. Ram Ruckus members get first crack at the best seats in the student section, a T-shirt, and can sit with other students who share their passion for the Rams.
