CSU’s Office of the Vice President for Diversity is hosting an open house from 3-5 p.m. Nov. 20 at their new location, 645 S. Shields Street. The new location provides training and meeting space as well as office space for staff and students.

Renovations to the house previously occupied by four University presidents as well as the Alumni Office and Conference Services allows for greater accessibility and includes a location for the numerous training activities aimed at promoting continued education related to diversity and inclusion.

“We are honored to occupy space in a building that is historically significant to Colorado State University,” said Vice President for Diversity Mary Ontiveros. “It provides meeting space for the various committees working on different issues related to creating an inclusive campus climate.  We are excited about our new location and look forward to sharing it. “

All CSU community members are welcome to stop by for refreshments and to tour the new space.  Students, faculty and staff who would like to attend the open house can also take advantage of Around the Horn, CSU’s on-campus shuttle.
