Undergraduate researchers are invited to compete for prizes at Celebrate Undergraduate Research and Creativity (CURC). The deadline to register is 11:59 p.m., March 22.

CURC, to be held April 18, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the Lory Student Center ballroom, is an annual, juried showcase featuring outstanding student research and creativity from an array of disciplines.

Awards by competition category

Research: Six $250 CSU Bookstore gift cards

Service-Learning: One $250 CSU Bookstore gift card

Oral Presentations: One $250 CSU Bookstore gift card

Art: One $250 CSU Bookstore gift card

Writing: One $250 CSU Bookstore gift card

And, new this year: the Graduate School will offer the Diversity and Social Justice Award: Two $250 CSU Bookstore gift cards.

Awards ceremony

The awards ceremony will be April 25, 5-7 p.m. in the Lory Student Center ballroom.

This year’s awards are sponsored by the Office of the Vice President for Research.
