Dr. Kwane Stewart discovers the little-known world of generosity and love. Stewart graduated from the University of New Mexico, got his DVM degree from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, and headed to San Diego.
“Getting animals as presents can be OK if there’s forethought and planning,” said Colorado State University small animal veterinarian, Dr. Cindy Sotelo.
Showcasing outreach experiences from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, visitors can engage with veterinary medicine throughout the Vida building at CSU Spur.
Educational opportunities at the Vida building include the opportunity to see veterinarians working with dogs and cats.
The humane society will consult with CSU for the best way to care for the kitten, which has been dubbed Superman.
