CSU's annual Cesar Chavez celebration is being held through April 3. This year’s theme is "Valuing Wisdom through Experience and Knowledge."
Black History Month Soul Food Special
What's on the menu for the Soul Food Special at the Aspen Grille? Southern Fried catfish, pork belly mac and cheese, sweet buttered cornbread, and sides of cabbage slaw and crispy green fried tomatoes. The special menu is being prepared in recognition of CSU's Black History Month.

The Shabbat dinner at CSU showcases Jewish cuisine and tradition with a four-course, delicious Shabbat dinner with all the favorite traditional Jewish foods. All prepared at the koshered Lory Student Center kitchen. Come learn about the Jewish culture and support the Jewish community at CSU.
