Work on the sanitary sewer line replacement experienced a delay, starting May 6, due to some unforeseen conditions, including discovery of a water main under the pavement in a location that was not correctly noted on official utility documents while the project was being planned.

CSU’s contractors for the projects, Mortenson Construction, ICON, and Martin & Martin Engineering, worked with the City of Fort Collins on a solution. Work resumed on Thursday, May 12, and continues without additional delays. The project schedule is currently delayed by one week. An updated schedule will be shared with homeowners the week of May 16.
