The results of a year-long study of women faculty’s experiences and perceptions of the culture and climate at CSU will be presented at a campus-wide forum on March 20,  3-5 p.m. in Ballroom A, with a reception immediately following.

The Standing Committee on the Status of Women Faculty, a subcommittee of the President’s Commission on Women and Gender Equity, conducted a comprehensive research study, “Female Faculty’s Experiences and Perceptions of CSU Culture and Climate,”  over the past year. The study, led by external consultant Dr. Nadya Fouad from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in collaboration with a group of CSU faculty, offers an in-depth and nuanced understanding of women faculty’s experiences and perceptions within the context of CSU’s history, policies, and procedures.

The study findings will be presented at this forum, which is open to the entire campus community. The SCSWF encourages everyone to attend to learn more and how to work toward making CSU a premier institution for women faculty.
