The Employee Appreciation Board loves to recognize outstanding departments/units for going above and beyond their normal work duties to make CSU a great place to learn and work. They also appreciate individuals who take the time to nominate a deserving unit.
This year, the EAB is pleased to announce that all employees who nominate a unit will be entered into a raffle for home football and basketball tickets. Once you submit a nomination, your name will remain in the raffle pool until your name is drawn or for the remainder of the year (whichever comes first). And, if your unit is chosen to be recognized by the EAB, you’ll receive a special gift!
The EAB meets monthly to vote on which units to recognize. The more details outlining how the nominated unit has excelled, the greater the chances the unit will be chosen for recognition. Past recognition events have included breakfast, lunch or ice cream socials and distribution of CSU swag. The board will work with the department contact to design the perfect recognition event that works best for that unit.
How do you nominate a group? It’s easy. Simply go to the CSUEAB website and click on Nominate a Unit. Be sure to include specific examples as to why you feel your group should be recognized and what they do to go above and beyond their normal, everyday job duties.
Deadline
The deadline to nominate a group is the Monday before every home game.

Thank you to all who stopped by the EAB table at the Employee Appreciation Celebration that was held at the new stadium. The board received several nominations that qualified to be entered into the raffle for the Rocky Mountain Showdown tickets. To see a complete list of all raffle winners, visit the CSUEAB website. The next set of tickets to be raffled are for the CSU football game on Sept. 9 vs. Abilene Christian). To be eligible for this drawing, nominations must be submitted by Monday, Sept. 4.
