Campus commuters will have an opportunity to snag one of the 120 new parking spots on the south side of the main campus beginning Monday, Aug. 26.

The Lake Street lot located between Lake Street and Prospect Avenue, just south of Canvas Stadium, will be a combination pay-by-the-hour lot at $2 per hour and allow parking for holders of student commuter (Z) parking passes.

Holders of A, B, and J permits also may park in Z lots. Residence hall and apartment permits will not be valid in the lot. Tony Flores of Colorado State University Facilities Management Design and Construction was the project manager and David Hansen of CSU Facilities Management was the landscape architect.
