Cody William Childerston, 22, of Thornton, passed away Feb. 5, as a result of an unfortunate accident. He was born September 19, 1993, in Denver, to Charlie and Glenda (Campbell) Childerston. Cody was preceded in death by his father Charlie. He is survived by his mother Glenda, maternal grandparents, John and Anne Holman, and Glen Campbell, and paternal grandparents, Dale and Barb Childerston, two stepsisters, a brother-in-law, and niece and nephew. Cody is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends, amounting to a quantity too large to list, who will continue to cherish his love for life and all the people in it.

Cody avidly pursued sports, some with more success than others, and always remained dedicated to the team. He was always surrounded by his many friends, each of whom considered him their own best friend because of his warm and sociable nature. He displayed endless love and devotion to his family, most of all to his mom #RealestWhiteWomanYoullEverMeet (actual Twitter quote), Glenda. Cody himself summarized it best: “Even if I go, my name will forever stay alive and live through the ones I love.”
