Jacob was a kind, gentle soul who deeply loved his family and friends—near and far. He loved all sports, especially CSU basketball and football. He loved music and his DJ job at KCSU, writing editorials on social justice issues, and creative writing. He enjoyed coffee and talks with friends, and all things chocolate. His memory will live on in all his photographs and paintings. Look to Horsetooth Mountain and see his smile forever within its natural beauty. Jacob loved beauty of all kinds, especially when found within others. He will never be forgotten.

Survivors include his parents, Rob and Lynn; grandmothers, Marie Schwebach and Lee Cutlik; brother, Elliott; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 1. p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at Foothills Unitarian Church, 1815 Yorktown.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Jacob Schwebach Memorial Fund in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
