Health Fair includes flu shots for faculty, admin pro and non-classified employees

Faculty and non-classified employees of Colorado State University can sign up for a health screening that includes a lipid glucose blood draw, biometrics, and a flu shot, between Oct. 24 and Nov. 16.

The health screen and flu shot are available free of charge for CSU employees enrolled in an Anthem health insurance plan. For non-members, the health screening cost is $37; $34 for the flu shot, payable by cash Visa or MasterCard.

Optional add-on testing for a number of factors, including blood levels of thyroid hormones, A1c, and Vitamin B-12, are also available for an additional fee regardless of insurance coverage.

Registration is required, to assure there are enough doses of the flu shot on hand.
