Russ Parrish is a pipe and mechanical trades II employee in Housing and Dining Services. He is a master certified plumber. Russ has been at CSU for 10 years, 7 years in his current position. He has served on the Employee Recognition Committee in Housing and Dining. He applied for his current position through a newspaper advertisement. He was a union plumber looking for a maintenance position.

Russ enjoys spending time with his family, doing yard work, fishing, watching football, and riding his Harley.

Russ plans to retire from CSU and is looking forward to all the new construction projects on campus.

When asked about his nomination, he said it was a first because previously being on the recognition committee for housing and dining he was not able to be nominated. Russ was honored and glad to be nominated.
