Hedy Reynolds has been at CSU for 15 years, including 9 years as an Administrative Assistant II in the Engineering Business Office. Prior to this she was in Athletics and the College of Natural Resources. Hedy has lived in Fort Collins since 1985 and was attracted to CSU for its reputation for being a great place to work.
“Hedy has what we would consider to be a thankless job, one that when performed well goes unnoticed. Hedy finds ways to be of valuable assistance to some VERY busy people”, said Melissa Reese and Stephanie Rossi, who nominated Hedy.
Hedy is an emeritus board member for the Colorado Symphony, and attends all symphony concerts and events. Hedy is a pianist for the choir of centennial children’s chorus, including children in 6-8th grades. Hedy also likes to ski, travel and read in her free time.
Hedy thought it was a nice surprise to have been nominated and receive this award. She appreciated the time Melissa and Stephanie took the time to nominate her, appreciates the support and appreciates being appreciated. She enjoys what she does and the interactions with everyone in the office. Hedy plans to work here till she retires.
