A “Lunch & Learn” for those interested in scheduling events at the new on-campus stadium will be held Wednesday, May 3, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The event, set for Bob Davis Hall on the south concourse of Moby Arena, will feature presentations about various stadium spaces available for meetings, staff retreats, conferences and other events beyond game-day activities. The facility is expected to open this summer, with the first game set for Aug. 26.
Available locations include two club lounges, the Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies Field Club and the New Belgium Porch on the stadium’s north end.
Light snacks will be provided by Spectra, the catering company serving the stadium throughout the year, including game day concessions.
