The Classified Personnel Council offers employee awards to assist state classified employees seeking to further their education, and the application deadline is Friday, Oct. 20.

Employees may use the $500 award (taxes will be taken out of this amount) to meet any needs associated with furthering their education such as tuition, books, child care expenses and transportation costs.

Applicants must be a state classified employee affiliated with Colorado State University, employed at least 3/4 time and have been a state classified employee at Colorado State University for at least two years as of the award application deadline.

The application deadline for fall 2017 is 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20. Visit the CPC website for application instructions.
