Greek yogurt is high in protein and a great source of calcium. Flavored yogurt is high in added sugar, though, so try this natural way to sweeten it with an added crunch!
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1. Warm honey in a hot water bath.
2. Scoop cold yogurt into two chilled bowls (preferably metal) so each contains 1/2 cup.
3. Pour 1 tablespoon of warmed honey over each yogurt dish.
4. Top with chopped pistachios.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
