Want to be a member of the CSUPD and Parking and Transportation Services appeals committee? Faculty, staff and students are welcome to apply for a two-year term to serve the campus community.

The committee hears parking, bike or traffic citation appeals and operates independently of the Parking and Transportation Services office. The committee provides an opportunity to faculty, staff, students and guests to voice their perspective on a parking citation.

Serving on the board involves a commitment of about an hour at least two Tuesdays per month. Committee members are required to respect the confidential nature of an appeal and cannot discuss information revealed in meetings outside of the appeal process, and must also refrain from voting on appeals if they know the appellant.

The appeals committee is comprised of faculty, staff and students who have authority under the Board of Governors to appeal citations.
