Annual Soul Food Gospel Festival set for April 23

On April 23, the Black/African American Culture Center, in collaboration with Residence Life and Housing and Dining Services, will be hosting the annual Soul Food Gospel Festival from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Corbett/Parmelee Dining Center.

Every year, one of the residence halls is transformed into a space full of gospel music and all-you-can-eat soul food. Church choirs from Fort Collins, Denver and Aurora will be performing at the festival, as well as Tyree Morris & the Hearts of Worship, Shyann Lee, SoulFULL and R.A.W.F.I.R.E. The event is sponsored by the Bohemian Foundation.

Tickets are available at the door for $10. Tickets can also be purchased in advance online at www.CSUtix.com for $9 until April 19 or in the B/AAC office (Lory Student Center, Room 335).

Students who have meal plans can use their swipes to cover their admission and children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge.
