Mary Kubica will speak about her newest book, Don’t You Cry, May 18 at the Hilton Fort Collins, 425 W. Prospect Road. Kubica is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of The Good Girl and Pretty Baby.

Kubica will speak as part of the Evening with an Author Series, presented and sponsored by the CSU’s Friends of the Morgan Library and the Poudre River Friends of the Library. This event is free and open to the public, doors open at 6:30 p.m. and her presentation will begin at 7 p.m. No tickets are required, but seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Those who enjoy reading high-intensity thrillers will enjoy Kubica’s suspenseful stories. Don’t You Cry takes readers on the twisted journey of a young woman who disappears from her apartment in downtown Chicago, leaving behind a haunting letter addressed to “My Dearest.” This novel will hit shelves May 17, the day before Kubica speaks in Fort Collins. There will be a book sale and signing after the program.
