Diane Larsen-Freeman, a professor emerita, researcher and author in the field of second language acquisition, grammar and pedagogy, will be a guest speaker this month for the Teaching English as a Foreign Language/Teaching English as a Second Language Student Association’s Advocacy Week.
The CSU Percussion Ensemble rounds out this semester’s percussion performances with an eclectic concert of classic pieces, fresh work, and a collaboration with guest artist Russell Burge on Sunday, April 26, at 2 p.m. in the Instrumental Rehearsal Hall at the University Center for the Arts.
The Colorado State University Wind Symphony concludes its season of concerts that represent the basic elements (wind, earth, water, and fire) with a fire-inspired concert featuring CSU faculty member Wesley Ferreira, clarinet, and Michael Bowles, graduate conducting assistant, on Friday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m. in the Griffin Concert Hall of the University Center for the Arts, located at 1400 Remington St.
