Slow Caves performing in Lagoon Summer Concert Series

Slow Caves bandSlow Caves is yet another local band to grace the Lagoon Summer Concert Series stage. The synth-punk band is made up of a quartet of CSU alumni and childhood friends: David Dugan, Jackson Lamperes and brothers Jakob and Oliver Mueller.

In recent years the group has brought its surfy vibes to stages across the country, including multiple stops at the popular South by Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas.

Their first EP, “Desert Minded,” debuted in March 2017 and the band has since toured across the western United States.

The evening will also feature local food trucks: Mile High Lobster Shack, The Taco Shop, La Piadina, A-Maize-N Kettle Corn, and Divine Ice Cream.

All Lagoon concerts are free and open to the public. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and park in the Lory Student Center or Moby Arena lots.
