Recipe: Pineapple whip

This is a homemade creamy ice cream alternative. It will cool you down on a hot summer day.
Serving Size: 1 cup
Yield: 2 cups
[1]Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk or alternative
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides with a spoon periodically.
2. Serve immediately or a firmer end product, scoop into a container a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
