Take a break from studying for finals by visiting with four HABIC (Human-Animal Bond in Colorado) therapy dogs around campus May 5-6.

Dogs will be in the Lory Student Center May 5 from 6-8 p.m., helping students de-stress. You can also catch them in the Morgan Library from noon-1 p.m. on May 6 near the main entrance of the building.

HABIC is a Center at Colorado State University and is under the administration of the College of Health and Human Sciences and the School of Social Work. The mission of HABIC is to, “improve the quality of life for people of all ages through the therapeutic use of companion animals.”

Currently, HABIC has about 150 trained and supervised human-animal teams and provides services to 800 clients per week in 50 different programs. More information on HABIC animals.
